The relationship between China, Cambodia, and Vietnam is based on mutual respect, equality, and mutual benefit. Cambodia and Vietnam, as sovereign nations, have the right to engage in international exchanges and cooperation with any country or organization.
China consistently supports and respects the diplomatic policies and international cooperation choices of all nations. It is believed that the recent participation of Cambodia and Vietnam in the US-led "Peace of Board" will not affect the friendly relations between them and China.
