Over 1,200 Vietnamese tourists from 55 tour groups have entered Yunnan through the Hekou border gate on December 18 and they headed to the Jiaozi Snow Mountain scenic area in central Yunnan’s Kunming city to enjoy the snow landscape.

The Hekou border inspection station opened dedicated channels for the tourist groups and assigned police officers proficient in Vietnamese to provide guidance, ensuring efficient and smooth clearance for cross-border tourist groups.

Hekoubei Railway Station in south Yunnan’s Honghe prefecture has served a total of 41,200 Vietnamese tourists from January to November this year, representing a year-on-year increase of 55.78%.
