This is Dali | Yi dance tells optimism in Yangbi
Luluzhe is a traditional dance of the Yi ethnic group (specifically the Laowu people) in Yangbi county, west Yunnan’s Dali Bai autonomous prefecture.
They get together around a bonfire hand in hand, dancing to the rhythm of drums. The cheerful beats and concerted steps of the Laowu people reflect their optimistic attitude toward life.
