Sri Lanka to cooperate more with China via mutual learning

“China's closed-loop assessment in budget control and practical path in rural construction provide valuable models for Sri Lanka, which is pursuing development,” said Deepani Gamage, Senior Assistant Secretary at the Sri Lankan Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development.

With both geographical advantages and development resilience, Sri Lanka is not only suitable for promoting China's demonstration village model but also offers broad investment opportunities, added Deepani.

She noted that the country is willing to deepen practical cooperation with China through mutual learning of experience, and jointly chart a development blueprint for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
