Dubey invites Chinese students to study in India

Professor Chandra Shekhar Dubey, former Vice-Chancellor of K.R Mangalam University, sincerely invited Chinese students to study in India.

Dubey sent the massage at the Round-table Conference for Presidents from Universities of China and India in Kunming on Nov.9, when presidents (Vice Presidents) from 12 universities in China and India exchanged ideas on higher education collaboration between the two countries.
