13.68 million tourists visit Kunming for gulls

During the Spring Festival, Kunming city, capital of Yunnan province received a total of 13.6841 million domestic tourists, generating a tourism revenue of 15.408 billion yuan.

On February 17th, big data released by various online travel platforms showed that during the Spring Festival, domestic tourism, self-driving tours, and outbound tourism flourished in Kunming, with a noticeable increase in self-driving tours. Kunming became one of the top three popular destinations for car rentals during the Spring Festival holiday.

According to data from Ctrip, the top five popular attractions in Kunming were Daguan Park, Yuantongshan zoo, Yunnan Minzu village, Kunming Sunac Ocean World, and Yunnan Wildlife Park. Data from Qunar, a website providing tour services, showed that Kunming was listed as one of the top ten popular domestic travel destinations and ranked fourth among the favorite cities for post-90s generation.
